Chef David hails from England, and to celebrate his country's national holiday he is preparing a feast that puts a modern spin on classic English fare.
St. George is the dragon-slaying patron saint of England, and his feast day, April 23, is England's national day to celebrate the country's history and culture. Where better to honor this tradition than in our Cotswold Cafe?
