Behind the Scenes Tours - June - Sold Out
What was life like behind the scenes at Eleanor and Edsel Ford’s grand home? Get a glimpse of what’s behind closed doors, up and down the stairs, and down the back hallways in this special tour.
See all areas that the staff would have frequented – including the third floor, the basement and staff quarters. Listen to stories of the special relationships between the Ford family and their devoted staff, and imagine what life was truly like when the Ford family lived here.
The Behind the Scenes Tour lasts about 90 minutes. You may wish to pair it with a General House Tour, beginning an hour before the Behind the Scenes Tour, to see the entire 30,000-square-foot home!
Reservations are required for Behind the Scenes at Ford House. No refunds or exchanges.
Please note: This tour experience requires navigating narrow spaces and going up and down several flights of stairs. Due to the historic nature of the home, some areas of Ford House have limitations for those with special needs. The second floor, attic and basement are not accessible by wheelchairs.
