Exhale with a Gentle Flow Yoga class by the lake. All levels are welcome to join the class, taught by Diana Jones, a registered yoga instructor. She will focus on stretching and strengthening the body to release stress and rejuvenate. Her goal for the class: Breathe and enjoy the moment, and the rest will follow!
This class is aimed at all fitness levels. All participants will need to bring their own mats.To stay safe, everyone must wear a mask to the class, but not during the exercises. Space will be limited to ensure safe social distancing for all. Don't forget to bring your own water, too.

A waiver form will be provided and must be signed at first class.
