Behind the Scenes

Get a glimpse of what's behind closed doors, up and down the stairs, and down the back hallways in this special Ford House tour.

See all areas that the staff would have frequented – including the third floor, the basement and staff quarters. Listen to stories of the special relationships between the Ford family and their devoted staff, and imagine what life was truly like when the Ford family lived here. The Behind the Scenes Tour lasts about 90 minutes. You may also pair it with a General House Tour to see the entire 30,000-square-foot home! Reservations are required.
