Bronze. Gold. Copper. See it all on Tour.

Go on the Tour to see all that glitters (or shines!) at Ford House!
Led by Curator Josephine Shea, get a Behind-the-Scenes look at the different metals used in the Ford House details. Some, like the iron Yellin gate, are artful functional pieces. Others, such as the Tiffany covered vase, are appreciated for their beauty.
"The Fords were very particular about all of the details in their home - including the details such as the type of handles on the doors to the silverware used in the kitchen," Shea said. "With so much to see at Ford House, many of these items are overlooked on a General Tour. I want us to notice these items too - the metal really is in this home's details."
The Tour, $20, is 1 p.m. March 9.
This unque Tour is a part of the programming for the exhibit "Nature Uncontained:Metalwork by Kim Cridler," which is on display in the Visitor Center through March 30.
