EyesOn Design Goes for a Sunday Drive
Posted: June 21, 2020
Happy Father's Day! Today would have been the annual EyesOn Design Automotive Design Exhibition, but like so many of our favorite events, the car show has been canceled this year.
Instead, you may see some remarkable examples of auto design on the road for the EyesOn Design SundayDrive to benefit research and services for the visually impaired from Henry Ford Hospital's Detroit Institute of Ophthalmology.
Please note, the gates will be closed to pedestrians, and only drivers with a confirmation pass from EyesOn Design are approved to enter the estate for the photo opp. If you didn't get a confirmation, enjoy the drive around town and we'll see you at the show next year!
The annual show is a huge benefit for the good work of the DIO, and the loss of this year's show is unfortunate for their fundraising. Please consider making a donation to support their good work. Go to www.eyesondesign.org/ or email Judi Dara (jdara1[at]hfhs.org) to make a donation.
