Ring in the season with our new Holiday Belles House Tour
Posted: November 6, 2018

Holiday bells will be ringing as Edsel & Eleanor Ford House takes visitors back to the society scene of the 1960s with the unveiling of the historic home’s Holiday Belles House Tour, Nov. 23 through Jan.6.

The spotlight of the new tour will be a look back at the series of holiday receptions Eleanor Ford hosted during the 1960s to honor her granddaughters in advance of their debutante seasons.

The tour features re-creations of some of the most memorable holiday décor from the receptions, including Christmas trees suspended from the barrel-vaulted ceiling of the grand Gallery.
