Say 'Namaste' by the Lake This Summer

Stretch and say "ah" at Ford House on Monday mornings this summer at our
new weekly yoga series, just for Ford House members!
All levels are welcome to join the class, taught by Diana Jones, a registered yoga instructor. She will focus on stretching and strengthening the body to release stress and rejuvenate. Her goal for the class: breathe and enjoy the moment, and the rest will follow!
Registration is now open for this exclusive opportunity! Classes will be 9-10 a.m. Mondays starting June 3. The fee is $15/session.
