Take Ford House Home for Easter Brunch

Did you miss out on reservation for Easter Brunch at Ford House? No fear, Chef Erik is there for your with some of your favorite sides that can be pre-ordered and served at Easter meal at home!  Click over to the events section of the web site to place your order!

All items serve approximately six people.  Orders must be received by 3 p.m. Tuesday, March 31.  Pick up is April 3 between 11 and 3 or April 4 between 1 and 5.  Please indicate your pickup date when ordering.

Menu item description: 

Butternut Squash Bisque   $12
A sweet and savory combination of oven roasted butternut squash pureed with onions, seasonal spices, and heavy cream.

 Maurice Salad    $16

A true classic! Michigan turkey, Dearborn ham, Swiss cheese, jumbo green olives, pickle relish, and hard boiled eggs  on iceberg lettuce with original recipe Maurice dressing.

Roasted Beet Salad   $17
Roasted red and gold beets, caramelized onions, tangy goat cheese, and Germack pistachios
on a bed of mixed greens, with our homemade blood orange vinaigrette.

Potato Gratin   $15
Thin sliced Michigan potatoes tossed with Bechamel, and layered with cheddar, parmesan, and Cotswold cheeses.
Topped off with a crispy Panko crust.

Chicken Pot Pie   $18
White meat chicken, redskin potatoes, aromatic vegetables, peas, 
and creamy veloute nestled in between flaky pie dough in this deep dish classic

Classic Quiche Lorraine   $18
Smoked bacon, Gruyere cheese, and green onion baked in a deep dish pie shell with fresh egg custard

Vegetable Quiche   $18
Asparagus, wild mushrooms, and Gruyere cheese baked in a deep dish pie shell with fresh egg custard


Fresh Baked Scones    $10
A dozen golden brown, buttery scones including blueberry, raspberry white chocolate, and apple cinnamon
Accompanied by whipped cream
