DSO at Ford House 10th Anniversary
Celebrate 10 years of an unparalleled musical experience when the Detroit Symphony Orchestra performs two sensational programs on the breathtaking lakefront grounds of Ford House, July 12 & 13.
Norman Huynh conducts both evenings, which conclude with a spectacular fireworks finale over Lake St. Clair, accompanied by your Detroit Symphony Orchestra.
Friday night will be sci-fi movie night with music from your favorite films. Saturday, enjoy an evening of classical favorites.
Doors open at 6 p.m., and guests can bring a picnic or purchase food and drinks, and enjoy a host of pre-program activities.
New this year: Raise a glass to our 10th anniversary in our Atwater Brewery beer garden on the lakeside lawn, featuring a custom made beer brewed in honor of the DSO at Ford House celebration.
There also will be lawn games, music from a chamber ensemble from Wayne State University, and fun activities for kids, including an instrument petting zoo from the DSO Civic Youth Ensemble and music-making station from Music Together!
Adult – $25 • Youth (5-12 years) – $15

Parking – $5 cash, first come, first served in the lot across Lake Shore Road from Ford House.
Please note: If needed, overflow parking will be free at St. Lucy's Church, 23401 Jefferson Ave, St Clair Shores, with a free shuttle provided to and from the event.

Parking is included in VIP and Premium tickets. Parking is $5 for general admission at the gate on the day of.

- Grounds open at 6 p.m., the concert starts at 8 p.m., and fireworks are at 9:30 p.m.
- Picnics are allowed, however, due to state laws, alcoholic beverages may not be brought onto the grounds.
- Food and beverages, including beer and wine, will be available for purchase.
- Bags will be subject to searches.
- Folding chairs and blankets are welcome.
