Stretch and enjoy a light yoga flow in the beautiful serene atmosphere at Ford House! 

This class is designed to introduce basic yoga postures. The pace is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in the body and mind. The flow will be gentle as we take several rounds of breath in each pose.

All levels are welcome to join this class, taught by Marie Fachini-Kurily, a registered yoga instructor.

Class times are 5:30-6:15 p.m. on most Tuesdays through Oct. 5.

Cost: $10 members, $12 general public

Advance registration is required as space is limited.
