Ford House completes restoration of historic pool and lagoon
Using historic records combined with modern engineering, Ford House staff, and architects from Detroit-based Albert Kahn Associates have completed the restoration of the estate’s swimming pool, lagoon, and surrounding landscape.
Fall Dance Concert with WSU’s To Sangana and Company One
Experience the beauty of dance in this performance by Wayne State Dance Companies To Sangana and Company One! The performance will feature a combination of contemporary dance together with colorful traditional costumes and live drumming, bringing the Lake Shore Room to life with vocal call and responses in the language of the Lari and Lingala.
$12 for members/$4 for member children

Before the To Sangana and Company One performance at Ford House, Karen Prall and Lisa LaMarre, faculty with the Maggie Allesee Department of Theatre and Dance at Wayne State University will give a talk about the history of dance.
