With 87 acres, the Ford House grounds, gardens, and lakeside landscapes offer visitors ample space to bask in nature.

Join Ford House staff this summer for a guided tour of these grounds, and along the way, learn about the historical figures that made them possible; Edsel & Eleanor Ford, Albert Kahn, and Jens Jensen. During this hour-long excursion, we will tour Eleanor’s Rose Garden, and Josephine’s Victory Garden, and learn about the historic buildings that helped make Ford House a home.

This tour is about 55 minutes and is held entirely outside. We encourage visitors to dress for the weather and to wear comfortable shoes.
