Get ready for laughs, ogres, and a night fit for fairytale fanatics! Movie on the Meadow is going green with everyone’s favorite swamp-dwelling ogre, Shrek!
Our inaugural Movie on the Meadow invites Friends of Ford House to unfurl your picnic blankets and prepare for an epic adventure filled with hilarious characters, catchy tunes, and enough Shrek-tacular moments to make the whole family erupt with laughter.
Shrek sparked a motion picture phenomenon and captured the world’s imagination with…the Greatest Fairy Tale Never Told! Shrek (Mike Myers) goes on a quest to rescue the feisty Princess Fiona (Cameron Diaz) with the help of his loveable Donkey (Eddie Murphy) and win back the deed to his swamp from scheming Lord Farquaad.
