Tai Chi is an exercise form with its roots in traditional Chinese medicine. It is widely practiced worldwide to improve health, balance, leg strength, and relaxation.
Tai Chi for Health is a modified form of Tai Chi founded by Dr. Paul Lam. The forms are easy to learn and can be performed seated.
