Tai Chi is an exercise form with its roots in traditional Chinese medicine. It is now widely practiced around the world for improving health, balance, leg strength, and relaxation.

Tai Chi for Health is a modified form of Tai Chi founded by Dr. Paul Lam. The forms are easy to learn and can be performed seated.

There are three classes in this session, taught by Dr. Ginseng Gray-Tilmon, DPT. Sign up for one, two, or all three classes:
