Join us at Ford House for a magical Valentine’s Dinner & Concert!

Indulge in a signature cocktail and hors d’oeuvres, followed by a delicious three-course dinner, and champagne with dessert.

Live music by White Pines, the renowned Ann Arbor-based string quartet, will fill the air, making the evening extra special. It’s the perfect spot to celebrate love with someone dear. Treat yourselves to delicious food, fun drinks, and amazing music this Valentine’s Day at Ford House!

Please note the Main Residence will not be open this evening. The event takes place in the Lake Shore Room at the Visitor Center.

EVENING’S SCHEDULE:

6 p.m. Arrival and dinner service begins
8 p.m. Concert begins

Menu:

Plated Hors d’Oeuvres

  • Lobster bisque shooter
  • Crab salad in filo basket
  • Deconstructed tuna sushi

First Course

  • Frisee burrata salad, pepita vinaigrette, toasted pepitas, orange filet, pomegranate seeds, pastry heart

Second Course

  • Porcini crusted filet with demi, shrimp cremosi (garlic and herb marinaded shrimp with toasted panko and lemon cream sauce)
  • Spinach polenta cake
  • Honey-glazed baby carrots and asparagus

Third Course

  • Chocolate tulip with orange panna cotta, caramel pearls, mint and white chocolate mousse, pistachio orange cookies, macaroons, strawberries
