Yoga At Ford House
This class is designed to introduce basic yoga postures, breathe, stretching, and a light flow. The pace is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in the body and mind. The flow will be gentle as we take several rounds of breath in each pose.
All levels are welcome to join this class, taught by Marie Fachini-Kurily, a registered yoga instructor.
All participants will need to bring their own mats and are encouraged to bring water.
