Tune in to your body with Yoga at Ford House. This class is designed to introduce basic yoga postures, breathing, stretching, and a light flow. The meditative pace emphasizes peace and calmness in the body and mind. The flow will be gentle as we take several rounds of breath in each pose.

All levels are welcome to join this class, taught by Marie Fachini-Kurily, a registered yoga instructor. This class is offered from May 2023 – September 2023.
