Refund & Exchange Policy

Edsel & Eleanor Ford House is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization and National Historic Landmark that is dedicated to preserving and sharing the legacy of the Ford Family. It inspires, educates, and engages visitors through exploration of its unique connections to art, design, history, and the environment while celebrating family traditions and community relationships. Your purchase helps ensure that the rich history of Ford House continues to inspire future generations. We truly appreciate your support!

Refunds

Membership purchases/renewals and tickets to Ford House experiences and events are non-refundable. Refunds are only issued in the event of a closure or cancellation by Ford House. In the event of a closure or cancelation, guests who have purchased a ticket or made a reservation will be contacted.

Purchases from The Shop at Ford House may be refunded within 30 days of purchase, accompanied with proof of purchase. To return an item, it must be new, unused, and in its original packaging. All items sold as part of a special sale or promotion are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit.

Exchanges

Ticket exchanges may be made up to 14 days prior to the date listed on your event ticket(s). There is a $2.00/ticket exchange fee required at the time of your exchange. If within two weeks of your scheduled event you find you cannot use your tickets, we encourage you to gift your tickets to a friend who may enjoy the experience!
