Roam through the grounds and gardens of the historic estate
Bring a picnic and sit on the lawn, watch the boats on Lake St. Clair, stroll through the gardens, marvel at the beautiful architecture, and soak in the open spaces and wooded areas.
Your ticket gives you access to the Visitor Center, including the three exhibitions, as well as the grounds and gardens. Grounds passes may not be used for photography sessions. If you are interested in setting up a session, click here.
Grounds admission is $5. Children 5 and under are free.
We are open Tuesdays through Sundays. Entry times begin at 8 a.m. The estate closes at dusk.
Grounds walks are always free for Ford House members! They can bring their favorite pups, too.
