Estate Hours

Planning your visit? Ford House’s hours change slightly with the seasons to help you make the most of your experience. Here’s when we’re open throughout the year:

Spring and Summer

  • Tuesday through Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Tours begin at 10 a.m.)
  • Thursday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Tours begin at 10 a.m.)
  • Sundays, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Tours begin at 10 a.m.)

Fall

  • Tuesday through Wednesday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Tours begin at 10 a.m.)
  • Thursday through Saturday: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Tours begin at 10 a.m.)
  • Sunday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Tours begin at 10 a.m.)

Winter

  • Tuesday through Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Tours begin at 10 a.m.)
  • Thursday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Tours begin at 10 a.m.)
  • Sundays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Tours begin at 10 a.m.)

Holiday Closures

We will be closed on the following holidays: Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. We remain open on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve with special hours.

The grounds and Main Residence may close earlier in severe weather. Please check the website or call ahead for updates.
