Families can follow the yellow brick road to Ford House’s Emerald City Tea Party, complete with storybook décor, themed treats, and meet-and-greet fun with Dorothy and Glinda.

On Saturday, July 12, families and Wizard of Oz fans are invited to follow the yellow brick road to Ford House for an enchanting afternoon tea inspired by The Wizard of Oz. Guests will enjoy a charming tea service with whimsical treats, themed table settings, and a chance to meet beloved characters Dorothy and Glinda — portrayed by talented actors from Grosse Pointe Theatre.

The tea party offers two seatings, at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., in the Lake Shore Room of the Visitor Center. Tables are assigned and advance purchase is strongly recommended — tickets for this beloved experience go off sale on Friday, June 27 at 5 p.m.
