Miss Emily chooses a new book and theme each week. Snacks provided! This program is best for families with children 8 and under.
There are two times offered for each date. The same story and art project will be at both times, so please register for the one time that works best for you.
Space is limited and advanced registration is required.
Listen to ‘Stars’ by Mary Lyn Ray and illustrated by Marla Frazee and then make a star-themed art project.
Listen to ‘Our Great Big Backyard’, written by Laura Bush and Jenna Bush Hager and illustrated by Jacqueline Rogers. Afterward, make an artwork inspired by the story.
Listen to ‘Home’, written by Carson Ellis. Afterward, make an artwork inspired by the story.
Listen to ‘The Busy Tree’, written by Jennifer Ward and illustrated by Lisa Falkenstern. Afterward, make an artwork inspired by the story.
