Tai Chi is an exercise form with roots in traditional Chinese medicine, sometimes referred to as “meditation in motion”. Through a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches, Tai Chi keeps your body in constant motion. It is now widely practiced around the world for improving health, balance, leg strength, and relaxation. Tai Chi for Health is a modified form of Tai Chi founded by Dr. Paul Lam. The forms are easy to learn and can be performed seated. This Tai Chi for Health class is taught by Dr. Ginseng Gray-Tilmon, DPT. Come to one, some, or all the classes!
